SPECIAL REQUESTS: Delfin Amazon Cruises, will accommodate special request an deal with dietary requirements (children, vegetarian, allergic). Because we sail in such remote areas, all requests must be made at least 30 days in advance.

Our innovative chef will surprise you with the most exotic culinary delights, always freshly prepared in the school of Peruvian gourmet gastronomy infused with touches and inspirations from the rainforest around you.

Buffet breakfast: To start each day, you will have the opportunity to taste a grand selection of flavors and textures from the rich Amazonia area which we have chosen specially for each journey. Always a favorite are the regional fruits used in a variety of ways in your meals and drinks. You may also elect your own preparation style of eggs and omelets, pancakes, and more. It is all made at your pleasure.

Lunch: A carefully and gracefully created starter will lead into a delicious main dish flush with the unforgettable flavors, color, and character of Peru and the Amazon. Complete your meal with a succulent dessert sure to pique your taste buds.

Dinner: Meals will be served, as is our custom, in the dining room. Your 3-course epicure experience on board the Delfin paired with a selection from our carefully curated menu of wines and other beverages will be an ideal way to indulge after a long day of excursions in the incredible rainforest. As always, the crew will be happy to attend to your wishes.

Lecture Room

Located on the 3rd deck, our Lecture Room includes a full set of media equipment and print materials so you can learn more about the wonderful Peruvian Amazon. During leisure moments, this air-conditioned space may be enjoyed as a lounge, complete with computers for picture sharing and handmade table games.

SPA

Dive into the remedial philosophies and therapies of the rainforest while surrounded by the lush natural landscapes of the Amazon. Our wellness specialist will be happy to accommodate your schedule, and depending on your preference, you can rejuvenate in our spa room or find your zen in the comfort and privacy of your suite.

Open air observation deck

On the 3rd deck, our comfortable open-air lounge is designed to allow you to relax while you watch the river go by. Our bartender will always be ready with a choice of international and local liquors for a pre- or post-dinner cocktail. Coffee and tea are always available.

GYM

If you are in need of a stretch after your daily excursions in the rainforest, we welcome you to make use of our exercise space. With its floor-to-ceiling windows you will never miss a second of the vibrant jungle scenery outside while enjoying your aerobic exercises or cardio.
