• Round trip transfers from the airport or hotel in Iquitos city to the Pacaya Samiria Amazon Lodge.
• Accommodation in Pacaya Samiria Amazon Lodge.
• All meals.
• Guided excursions according to the selected package and visit to the Pacaya Samiria National Reserve.
• Entrance fee to the Pacaya Samiria National Reserve.

NOT INCLUDE:

Air Ticket, airport taxes, bottled beverages and other services not specified.

Payments will be made according to the following policy:
Payment must be made once the reservation is confirmed, with a maximum of 24 hours. The reservation will be reconfirmed with the full payment of 100%.

NON-REFUNDABLE rates.

Allows change of date. If payment and reconfirmation are NOT received on the aforementioned dates, the Lodge is free to dispose of the bungalows, proceeding to cancel the reservation.

 

CHILDREN’S POLICY

Children 1 to 11 years old will have a 40% discount rate base don the number of adult passengers. From 12 years old are charged as an adult.

Promotional / Special rate
Any program with a promotional or special rate is NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

Note:

• Recommendation to choose flight times for entering and leaving the Lodge: o First arrival flights: LIM/IQT (Take flights that arrive before 09:00 am) o Last departure flights: IQT/LIM (Take flights that leave after 6:00 p.m.) or if you arrive or depart on another flight, check the additional price for the transfer.
• Lunch is included on the last day depending on the flight schedule. In case of not taking it, there will be no discount or refund.
• Electric power from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm (electricity 220 v) Please, keep in mind that we are a Lodge; For us, the conservation of the environment is important, so we do not have hot water or air conditioning in the rooms.
• The program may vary according to weather conditions and according to the season

 

SPECIAL NOTE
Our cancellation policy will NOT be applied in offers and promotions where bookings are regarded as NON REFUNDABLE.
Therefore no refund will be made in case the client decides to cancel. In high season (long weekends, Easter, Independence Day, Christmas and New Year) reservations that are cancelled will not be refundable. Once booking and payment are confirmed, a full list of passengers with their personal identification data must be sent to Pacaya Samiria Amazon Lodge.

Not responsible for delays, losses, social upheaval, climate and external factors.
Programs are subject to changes by the Lodge to preserve the security, comfort and safety of our passengers.
Any changes will be made without penalty to the Company.

WHEN BOOKING AT PACAYA SAMIRIA AMAZON LODGE ALL PASSENGERS ACKNOWLEDGE THEY HAVE READ,
UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY THE ABOVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. THEREFORE AFTER BOOKING CONFIRMATION, IGNORANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS CANNOT BE CLAIMED.

It is important to send us the following information: Complete name, nationality, Passport number or D.N.I, birthdate, profession or occupation, flight information or hotel in Iquitos city, alimentary restrictions due to the health condition (illness, allergies or physical
impairments) and number of footwear for rubber boots. Pacaya Samiria Amazon Lodge will confirm the reservation via email within a
maximum period of 48 hours.
